Had a lovely spacious room with stellar charging options for my gadgets. Plus, the location was perfect, beach just across the street. I even got to check in early!
Parking is a bit pricey! And good luck hearing the elevator chime. it’s quieter than my husband's snoring!

My stay at Clarion in Galveston was wonderful! The location across from the beach was perfect for enjoying the sun. Friendly staff made us feel welcome, while the pool offered a great respite. Parking could use improvement, but overall, I can't complain about my experience.

Dirty towels needed immediate attention! ! Unhygienic bathrooms left much to be desired! Staffing shortages affected service quality! The facilities clearly need consistent maintenance! Parking fees were an unpleasant surprise!

missingWrote a review on Nov 11spacious roomgreat locationdirty bathroomunderwhelming breakfast
The location across from the beach is incredible. Easy access to Pleasure Pier and nearby restaurants made exploring so convenient. My room had a fantastic view of the ocean and was spacious, which I loved. However, I found the cleanliness in the bathroom lacking, with some hairs left behind, which was disappointing. The breakfast options felt a bit underwhelming. I expected more variety since it's a beach hotel. The staff were friendly, but the service during breakfast was slow, and some items ran out quickly. Overall, a nice stay, but improvements are needed in the cleanliness and breakfast area.

The location was solid, right across from the beach. The staff during breakfast actually went outta their way to help with extra items even though it was super packed. Felt like they cared, weirdly enough.
Not exactly a bargain, but I guess that’s what I signed up for.

The room was super spacious and had two queen beds that welcomed us like a cozy hug! 🙌 The complimentary hot breakfast blew my mind—it wasn't just your average muffins! 🍳 Plus, we were just a short stroll from the beach, giving us easy access to sun and surf all day long.
100% recommend 😊❤️

missingWrote a review on Oct 18great locationamenity conveniencepoor cleanliness
Location right across from the beach offers fantastic views and easy access to seaside fun. The room we had included a mini fridge and microwave which made it nice for snacks after a long day.
Seriously, the air felt suffocating, not a pleasant vibe at all. The carpet looked like it hadn’t seen a vacuum in eons—sticky and uninviting, especially for kids running around. We found bed sheets with stains and had to ask for replacements multiple times. The breakfast scene? Chaotic and, let’s be honest, barely warm even when it finally showed up. I also noticed some exposed areas in the hallways and debris on the floor, which didn't help the aesthetic. It felt a bit pricy for what we got, considering everything else.
